Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Scott co-founded Evidon, Inc. while an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Warburg Pincus LLC, the global private equity firm that is supporting the company. From 2005-2008, Scott was President and CEO of About.com, a part of The New York Times Company. He spent eight years with The New York Times Company in a number of senior management roles. In addition to his role at About.com, he was the General Manager of the company’s flagship website, The New York Times on the Web. He also served as vice president, strategic planning for The Boston Globe. Before joining The New York Times Company, Scott was with Multex.com (a venture-backed company which was acquired by Reuters in 2003 after a successful IPO in 1999), where he was Vice President and General Manager of its business-to-consumer division.
Before beginning his media career, Scott worked in management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. Scott holds an A.B. in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University, where he was a winner of the Rouse Prize for Economics. Scott also interned in the US Senate and in the Office of Management and Budget as a recipient of a White Internship from the Taubman Center for Public Policy at Brown. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Scott is active in STEM education causes, including serving on the Board of Directors of ScriptEd.
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Revenue Officer
Mark is the Chief Operating Officer at Evidon, Inc., and started with the organization in 2012. Mark leads Evidon’s core functions of sales, customer success, product management, product marketing, demand generation, and drives the go to market strategy for the company . With over 20 years of sales and business development experience, Mark has focused his career on building teams and delivering to customers software as a service (SaaS) solutions. Prior to Evidon, Mark was at Gomez, where he was Vice President of Sales & Customer Success for the Americas, which in 2009, was acquired by Compuware. Mark started at Gomez in 1999, and held various sales/sales management positions, and was considered an integral part of the organization which helped drive Gomez into becoming the leading external performance monitoring provider. Prior to that, Mark held various field sales and business development roles. Mark holds an MBA from Boston College, as well as a BS in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Chief Privacy Officer & VP of Legal Affairs
Todd is the Chief Privacy Officer & VP of Legal Affairs at Evidon, Inc. where his responsibilities include overseeing the company’s privacy practices, engaging with the privacy community, and managing the legal department. He holds privacy certifications as a CIPP-US/E and CIPT through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Prior to Evidon, he was head of the privacy and technology practice at the law firm of DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley in Warren, New Jersey and was also President of the Privacy Special Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Todd attended the University of Denver where he received both his BA and his JD.
VP of Engineering & IT
Justin is the VP of Engineering & IT at Evidon Inc. He is responsible for product development, technology, infrastructure, program management, and support for Evidon’s wide range of products. Prior to joining Evidon, Justin was a Development Team Lead and Software Architect at AutoPoint. While at AutoPoint, Justin was instrumental in transitioning AutoPoint from a distributed model over to a SAAS platform that predicated Solera’s acquisition of the company. Prior to AutoPoint, Justin served as a Lead Developer at DST Inc., an automotive e-commerce SAAS company that was also acquired by Solera.
SVP Global Sales & European Operations
Damian joined Evidon in 2011, initially as VP Strategic Partnerships for the UK and is now responsible for Evidon’s Global sales team and management of the entire European business. Prior to Evidon, Damian was Vice President of International Sales & Services at Auditude Inc. – a video ad management platform (now part of Adobe), where he developed the European go-to-market strategy, helping to build a presence in the UK and Europe. Damian has significant experience in the online advertising sector, including three years as European Sales Director at Right Media, the first online advertising exchange, implementing their European strategy prior to, during and after its takeover by Yahoo!. Damian’s 20+ years of experience include roles at Transactis UK, Abacus Direct, CACI Ltd and Centaur Communications Ltd.
VP of Finance
Eric is the VP of Finance at Evidon, Inc., and is responsible for leading the company’s global finance and accounting functions while also supporting administrative operations. Eric brings over eight years of experience, most recently with the Technology practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eric spent time working with venture backed emerging growth companies and assisted his clients with numerous transactions, including public offerings, private financings, M&A due diligence and related purchase accounting, sale transactions and carveouts, as well as control and process assessments in connection with Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements. Prior to PwC, Eric provided assurance services at RSM US with a focus on middle market clients. Eric holds a BBA from Pace University with a concentration in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark M. Colodny
Mark M. Colodny is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2001 and leads the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications group. Mr. Colodny is also a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Primedia where he ran the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Colodny began his career as a journalist at Fortune magazine. He is a Director of A Place for Mom, Evidon, Helix, Liaison International, MultiView and Slickdeals. Mr. Colodny is also a member of ProPublica’s Board of Directors. He received an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Andrew Park is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2008 and focuses on investments in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Park worked in the Investment Banking Divisions at DLJ and UBS and in Private Equity at The Carlyle Group. He is a Director of DocuTAP, Evidon, The Gordian Group and Intelligent Medical Objects. Mr. Park received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Jonathan K. Hsu
As Chief Financial Officer of AppNexus, Jon oversees multiple corporate functions, including the Finance, People, Legal and Financial Planning & Analysis teams, and spearheads engagement with the company’s investors and Board of Directors. Prior to joining AppNexus, Jon served as CEO of Recyclebank, a company that aims to encourage recycling and environmentally-friendly habits. Jon also spent over a decade at 24/7 Media, where he served in various executive roles – including CEO, COO and CFO – and led the organization through its $649 million sale to WPP, a leading marketing, advertising and public relations holding company. Jon is a director on Evidon’s Board of Directors, an advisor to Tribeca Venture Partners and a mentor in the NYC Venture Fellows Program. He has served on the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneers Council, the Media.NYC.2020 Committee, the Green.NYC.2025 Committee and the White House Forum on Business Innovation.
Jon earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in New Jersey, he is a longtime resident of New York City and a stalwart Yankees fan.
Vishnu Menon is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 and leads the firm’s West Coast office where he focuses on investments in the software, media, and information sectors. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Menon worked at Perry Capital and Texas Pacific Group focusing on investments in public and private technology and media companies. Prior to that, he worked at Symphony Technology Group and J.P. Morgan Capital focusing on investments in similar sectors. Mr. Menon is a Director of A Place for Mom, DocuTAP, Evidon, Slickdeals and Quikr. He received a B.A. with distinction in international relations from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
