Welcome to the Evidon InForm. The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Evidon InForm. Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on whether or not you are a Evidon business customer.

Acceptance of Terms

The Evidon InForm is brought to you by the Evidon.

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and The Evidon and its affiliated third parties including those acting on our behalf as we provide this website and our products and services to you (collectively our "InForm" and sometimes "Evidon").

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website located at www.evidon.com, and often accessed within pages of other websites, as through our assurance tags (collectively the "Evidon InForm "), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, do not use the Evidon InForm. In using the Evidon InForm, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise have any and all permissions necessary to enter into or are otherwise able to be bound by this agreement.

Use Restrictions on Evidon InForm Content

The copyright in all material provided on this Evidon InForm is held by Evidon or by its respective manufacturers, authors, developers, and vendors (the "Third Party Providers"). This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. To the extent that your or others acting on your behalf have entered into agreements with the Evidon that require your access to and use of the Evidon InForm, and, to the extent the terms of those agreements conflict with this Agreement, those agreements shall control.

Unless otherwise indicated, all marks displayed on the Evidon InForm are subject to the trademark rights of the Evidon or are otherwise used with permission.

Access from Outside the U.S.

This Evidon InForm is controlled and operated by Evidon from its offices within the United States. Evidon makes no representation that materials in the Evidon InForm are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Evidon InForm from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you use this Evidon InForm from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EVIDON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, EXTRAORDINARY, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) HOWEVER ARISING, WHETHER FOR BREACH OR IN TORT, EVEN IF EVIDON HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Choice of Law

You further agree and covenant not to bring suit in any other jurisdiction.
