Fresh on the heels of a great webinar with the FTC, CBBB, DMA and DAA today, Scott Meyer will join other leaders of the Self-Regulatory movement in DC this week on panels at two key shows. First stop, the
DMA's Public Policy conference, where Scott and Senny Boone, DMA's Senior Vice President for Corporate & Social Responsibility, will discuss the newly launched enforcement side (formally called the "Accountability Mechanisms") of the Self-Regulatory Program. Join them for "Accountability in Online Behavioral Advertising: How DMA Enforcement Works" today (Tuesday, March 15) at 3:15.

Then on Wednesday (March 16), Scott will join Stu Ingis (Partner, Venable LLP, and Counsel to DMA and DAA) and Lee Peeler (President and CEO of NARC, and Executive Vice President, National Advertising Self-Regulation of CBBB) for "Making the Case for Self-Regulation in a Regulatory World" at the seventh annual
ANA Advertising Law and Public Policy Conference. The panel will arm the legal community with the information it needs to help guide businesses as they consider the most effective ways to get with the Self-Regulatory Program.
Hope to see you at the shows!
We'll also be posting today's webinar here later in the week, so don't forget to check back in.
